At Level 99 Store, we want you to feel confident in your style. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return or exchange any unworn items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Request

  Visit our online return portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return.

  Package Your Items

  Place the original items with all tags attached into the shipping mailer and include the printed return authorization slip inside.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in the portal to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned garments, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
